By booking with me you consent to all policy conditions.

Sessions are not confirmed until session retainer and signed contract is received.

50% of your session is due at the time of booking. Unless, your session is booked within 2 weeks of the session date. Then payment is due in full at the time if booking.

Final payment must be made via original deposit method 7 days prior to your session.

Turnaround time for all images are 14 days business days. If you wish to have your images back sooner, there will be a $45 rush fee assigned for a 7 day turnaround.

Due to session planning and purchasing beginning as soon as you secure your date and time, absolutely NO refunds will be given under any circumstances. By sending an inquiry and your deposit you acknowledge and agree.

I do understand that things come up and priorities change. I ask for 48 hour notice in order to reschedule. At that time you will be given the opportunity to reschedule your session, if there is no availability you have then you have forfeited your session and retainer fee.

Late arrivals will not have time extended. If you are more than 15 minutes late you will be given the opportunity to reschedule your session, if there is no availability, you have then you have forfeited your session.

All images are copyrighted by Everything Skylor Photography. It is illegal and unlawful to scan, copy or reproduce images without permission or print release. I also have the right to use images for display, publication or other purpose.

You will only receive the agreed upon edited images. No raw/unedited files will be given as that is not a reflection of our final work.

Travel fees are determined by the distance from my working studio. My fee is $40 flat then, $15 per every 5 miles, after 5 miles from my working studio.
